Our next meeting is on Wednesday, 4th June when the eminent Egyptologist, Emeritus Professor Rosalie David, will be giving a fascinating presentation entitled “Egyptian Mummies, a Scientific Resource for Studying Disease and Medicine in an Ancient Society”. This lecture was originally scheduled for January, but had to be postponed due to the inclement weather.
Our lectures are held in the Large Hall, United Reformed Church, Wilmslow, SK9 1PR, We open at 7.15 for 8.00pm, normally on the second Wednesday of the month. Tea and coffee are served beforehand
